Is it possible to create more pronounced epicanthal folds? (photos)

I'm half asian and I already have epicanthal folds,. Is there a procedure to pull the skin down to create a larger looking epicanthal fold?

Creation of a larger epicanthal fold is more challenging than decreasing its size.  Patients requesting results which are difficult to achieve often are dissatisfied.Kindly use this information when consulting with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person.

Creating a more promonent or hooded epicanthal fold is sometimes achievable but it only select patients with enough skin laxity and the ideal anatomy.  How that is performed varies and is custom to each patient.
