Unfortunately, there is no good surgical procedure to reliably and effectively change the position of the lower buttock crease.  Liposuction frequently makes it worse, irregular, or creates multiple creases, surgical buttock tuck results in an unsightly scar for a young 30 y.o. patient, and BBL is simply not effective for this. Glad to help. 

The loss of the crease at the lower end of the buttocks as seen in many may be corrected by a conservative liposuction of this areas.  When the fat is removed the bulge is lifted and the skin gets tighter.This area must be approached with skill as the crease can be lost requiring a direct excision of skin with its associated scar at the buttock thigh crease.Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions.
