Yes, you can have Coolsculpting with a pacemaker and/or lap band. Keep in mind, Coolsculpting is good for stubborn areas of fat, but lacks skin tightening and body shaping. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction which can be combined with a tummy tuck or other lifting procedure for skin tightening.
