This is a common question.  CoolSculpt permanently destroys approximately 20-25% of the fat cells in the treated areas.  Thus, you will still have some fat cells in the treated areas, even if you do two treatment cycles on the same area.  If you were to gain weight after CoolSculpt, you would notice an even distribution of fat deposition throughout your entire body.
