I had a breast augmentation at Coastal Cosmetic Center on October 14, 2022 after a consultation in July. I chose Dr. Fee because my best friend had her breast augmentation at Coastal a few years ago and has gorgeous results.
The surgery was quick and the staff took great care of me after I woke up. I was sent home with antibiotics, painkillers & anti-nausea medication and got a call from Dr. Fee himself the night of my surgery to check in on me. He was also very responsive to my text messages throughout my recovery whenever I had any questions & when I needed an additional prescription for muscle spasms. My recovery was pretty painful for a few days but my results looked amazing even on the day of my surgery and they just keep looking better and better!
The team at Coastal has been great during all of my follow-up appointments, they always answer my calls/emails when I have questions and everyone is so nice and caring. Dr. Fee is also extremely kind, hilarious, personable and down to earth. I trusted him & his staff immediately and have never been disappointed with the level of care/attention provided by the team at Coastal. I've had no complications and I'm very happy with my results!
I got 330cc Mentor silicone implants and allowed Dr. Fee to choose my size based on my goals, existing breast tissue & body type. He chose perfectly (even though I was terrified going into surgery not knowing exactly what I was going to get) and I'm so glad I let him choose. My results look natural and fit my body so well! I love them and now all of my friends want to go to Dr. Fee LOL.

I was getting old and showing flaccid profile, jowls and wrinkles around my eyes, specially my upper eyelid was awful. I went to 3 different plastic surgeons and felt really warm and pleased with Dc. Timothy Fee. I am doing this late post because I am amazed on how much I changed foe better. I am now 59 going on 60 almost and super happy with my face. Dc. After a up and down battle with weight from having a large baby due to gestational diabetes 7 years ago.

I decided it was time to drop the excess skin that remained no matter how much weight I lost. I lost 68 pounds in 8 months and still was left with a significant amount of excess skin.

I used this app to aid me in finding a board certified surgeon near me that was reputable and not a "meat factory " especially due to me being a diabetic and having a BMI of 33.

I had an initial consultation with Dr. Timothy Fee at Coastal Cosmetics in Jacksonville, Florida via FaceTime in September 2021. Shortly after I Scheduled my surgery for December 14, 2021.

I am still recovering and today is post op day 5. I am still swollen and everyday is a little easier. I did get the Exparel shot and I recommend it. I not imagine the pain without having it.

During my Tummy Tuck 9 pounds of flesh was removed from my abdomen. That is flesh that could not be lost by diet and exercise and skin that would not have retracted in to its original state.

I'm 38 a mommy of 3 now that my youngest is in school full time I figured it was time to get the body I haven't had since I was 18. I do regret not working out prior to my surgery date, with the weight gain and everything going on I was not as motivated as I have been in the past. This is my before

Surgery was on Wednesday these pics were taken on Friday prior to my first shower. This was not a good day. I passed out in the shower luckily my daughter was in there with me and I was sitting on our built in bench. I started to feel dizzy within a couple of minutes and then woke up with my husband towering over me waking me up. My daughter said my lips went blue and I was shaking. She helped me slide off of the bench and placed me down to get help. Hubby was not happy he made sure I stood in my recliner except for potty breaks and a few minutes of supervised walking. I think they were both traumatized.

Much more mobile and productive today. Not taking any of the pain meds except 1 oxycodone before bed to sleep well the last 2 nights.

One week down, woke up with more energy and excited to see everything healing well. I have 2 areas I’ll speak with Dr. Fee about. 1. A small indent above my belly button 2. A bulge “love handle” also known as “dog ear”on my right side above the drain site. All in all huge transformation and this is just the beginning.

The abdominal area started to open up, went in My PS cleaned out the area and I am now doing a wet/dry sodium chloride gauze packed in 2 x daily. Feeling a little discouraged and a bit overwhelmed while still trying to keep a positive attitude.

I had a rhinoplasty done with Doctor Fee and it was the best decision I have ever made! I had a dorsal humor removed and was never too satisfied with the tip of my nose and was very hesitant to do it. He made very aware and comfortable about doing it. I came in with a lot of questions which he explained in a lot of detail to me which helped me visualize what it would look like after. I was very adamant about looking the same with only subtle differences and that is exactly what I got! I definitely recommend him for this procedure. Even his before after photos give you a great idea of the outcome you will receive. You won’t regret it!

Hi ladies I'm back!!! I recently did a bbl with Dr. Mehio back in March 2019 . So far so good I lost a little projection but I'm still in love with the out come. (See previous reviews for pics) Now I want to get rid of my huge boobs. I had them since 3rd grade my mom has j cups naturally and from the looks of things looks like I'm headed in that direction. I wear anywhere from 34dddd to G . I love them don't get me wrong. Now that I'm older they have begun to cause a lot of pain. I can't wear a two piece that ties around the neck I end up with a big knot on my neck if I leave it on too long. Bras are extremely expensive and it's hard to breathe. So I have done Consultations at strax with Dr. Hamm and Dr Tachmes. I really want to have it done by Dr. Charepoo at Mia. He does great work with breast but the price for reduction in out of my range right now. I will check back at end of year to see if it goes down before I make my final decision. Lastly based off the consultations I've done everyone is saying I have to go down to a B cup. I so afraid of what I will look like with that size. I was hoping they would say a solid C

So after 4 consultations with looks like to get best results I need to go down to a b cup. I still haven’t found a doctor I am very picky when it come to my body especially my breast. I am really scared about the incision they use my friend had hers done a reduction done and they didn’t remove her nipple it came out really we but her doctor has retired. I just moved to Jacksonville so I set up a consultation with Dr.Fee . I will see what he say. I also saw that some surgeons are suggesting liposuction with the surgery to minimize the long cut under the boobs any thoughts are suggesting on a good dr in Jacksonville please let me know

So I when to a consultation with Dr.Fee in Jacksonville. I am going through my insurance so he was one of providers on the list. The staff was nice he was nice . He explained what was going to be done and removed. He also explained the insurance process. I got denied the first time but he provided all required documents and BB accepted it . I am scheduled for March 3,2022 . Which sucks because now I have to pay my deductible if I could have gotten in this year it would have been free. So hence the price of 1,900 . He also quoted me 6500 if I wanted to pay for it myself.

I just had my preop visit and lab work done, only had to do a cbc. Pre-op visit talked about what to expect before during and after surgery. I got prescriptions instructions and soap to shower the night before and morning of surgery. Visit was standard.My surgery is next Thursday. I paid my 1900 co pay last Tuesday. I can say I am a little nervous and excited to be getting rid of my back and neck crusher’s. So I added more before pictures with cloths on keep in mind in all of pictures I have on a full coverage underwire bra and sports bra just to have them sitting up and not move.

So this was by far my most painful surgery. And trust me I have had plenty. surgery didn’t last that long from what I’m told. I did get nauseous for the first time ever and threw up prior to getting in car. First visit right the day after surgery was a blur. All I know is My chest didn’t feel heavy anymore. It is painful to lay on your back all night if this is not your usual position. Today I can see there is still a lot of swelling especially near my under arms and side boob area. Don’t rush moving around and trust the process makes sure your swelling is down before you decide if the procedure was done properly. So if I had to make a decision based off of today Dr. Fee did a wonderful job. I love the size of my areolas and breast they are perfect to me

Wanted to enhance my upper lip but was too afraid multiple injections on my lips so Dr Fee mentioned to me about the lip lift and I thought that was the best thing for me. He explained to ne in detail do variations about this kind of surgery he showed me pictures and I decided to go for the lip left and after. Everything was a smooth ride

Finally stitches are out, the operation was very short and painless, I was given medication to be relaxed and the only downside was the icthing around my nose but that was expectable since it was part of the healing process.

After my first lip lift I was very traditional and only removed 3 millimeters of my under nose skin. After 6 months I went for a 2nd lip lift more agresively and removed 5 more milimeters. Now it look much better, for a woman the most appealing philtrum is between 11-13 mm. So I wanted to thank Dr. Fee for the outstanding work he has done specially with the stitches... twice under the knife and you can't se any scarring.. Dr. Fee is excellent doing stitches work and that is an ability that you must seek when choosing a surgeon for lip lift.

Hi girls. Welp, I have followed and asked questions and I am done and over. 5 days post op. Breast reduction. I am not good with pain so pain for me was bad, however, day 4 started nursing with Tylenol. I hav a new question I have not seen any one discuss or just haven’t come across it. My anxiety Attacks are off the chain. Drs office said it’s normal, but is it really? I’m freaking out because I’m freaking out! Last night was the first night I slept without the help of narcotics sleep. And I feel like I look like Frankenstein’s wife

Thanks ladies. I have meds as a norm for anxiety for fear of not being able to breathe, ( all psychological). I Talked to my Drs right hand girl and I think it’s due to the tightness of my chest with the stitches. When I get my stitches out, hopefully that tightness feeling will subside some. Otherwise, I Just have to get used to the new body, I guess

I have Had such a wonderful experience! My only regret is that I didn’t do it Sooner. I now have the courage to wear bathing suits , tight dresses and no girdles. My Tummy Tuck was June 4th . Im still healing but every day gets better and better

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fee. His staff are just as nice as he is. Everything went smooth from start to finish. At my initial appointment with him, I expressed what I was looking for and he was confident that he could get the job done. I needed a full lift with implants. I didn’t want large breasts but more of a youthful appearance. My breast were ruined after nursing all three of my children. I am extremely pleased with my outcome. I have my confidence back and I feel like a new woman! You will not regret choosing Dr. Fee as your plastic surgeon.
