Safe method for removing fat around penis base and suprapubic?

Question

I have a small penis (11cm) and I want to somehow lose fat in suprapubic and around the base of penis, so it would look longer. I am pretty slim, however there is 2cm space between public bone and the surface of my skin, it's 3cm space around base of my penis. I am wondering what are my options that are safe? specially since I want to lose fat that is around the base of penis. Should I go with non-invasive options like Ultrasound cavitation, CoolSculpting? What about laser assisted liposuction?

Coolsculpting is not an option.  Liposuction might be an option to reduce the fatty tissue. Laser types of lipo like smartlipo can sometimes leave irregularities and deformities and cause new deformities if not used with a lot of caution.  Be aware that the area may also have loose skin which will not go away with any of the methods you described.What about considering weight loss?  Usually fatty tissue in the pubic area in men comes from increased body mass index.  If you need a highly motivating diet that has rapid weight loss but maintains your health seek out a doctor who supervises the hCG Diet in your area.  My male patients not uncommonly lose 40# in 6 weeks on this diet and it makes them feel great!
