I'm a 55 year old male with a breast size of 44A. If I went on female hormones how big would my breasts get? I'd like to end up around a 44C or 44D.

Thank you for your question. Tightness, pressure, and swelling is normal 24 hours post op. However, if you are short of breath, have difficulty breathing, or any other symptoms please speak with your surgeon or visit your local emerg as soon as possible.
