Long term complications after bariatric surgery?

I am 54 years old. I had gastric bypass surgery 20 years ago. I am 5 ft 4 inches. I weigh 100 lbs. I have kept the weight off this long. I had a revision 12 years ago. Recently I have been having complications eating almost anything. The pain in my stomach when i try to eat anything is unimaginable to say the least. It feels as if the food gets stuck somewhere. What could this be? I have lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks. Am I starving to death? What do I do?
