You seem to be very successful with weight loss; I do not think you need any surgery for that. Try to loose another 15 lbs. and seek consultation of a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in body contouring after weight loss. Dr Al Ally at SU in Dallas is very good in that regard. Good luck.
