I been working and losing weight, what would up guys recommend for my body type?
Answer: Further weight loss You seem to be very successful with weight loss; I do not think you need any surgery for that. Try to loose another 15 lbs. and seek consultation of a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in body contouring after weight loss. Dr Al Ally at SU in Dallas is very good in that regard. Answer: I don't think you are a good candidate for bariatric surgery. I think that with a good nutritionist, a little exercise, a keto diet and a change in habits will be enough for you to lose weight and feel better.
