Sleeve to Bypass - would this be beneficial for someone like me?

I had the gastric sleeve done in October 2018 along with a hiatal hernia repair. My heartburn has gotten worse to the point I have to take Prilosec 40mg every other day or a few days without it, I need to vomit. I am currently between 240-230. My lowest weight was 220. I have PCOS and prediabetes. I take birth control and mental health meds. Would the bypass be beneficial for someone like me? What should I start doing now to get ready for the journey?
