Im having consultations for a Septoplasty. Im 45 years old, thin, healthy with thin skin. Im looking at a treatment plan & it recommends Latera Implants, Spreader Grafts, Septoplasty & Turninate Reduction. I went to my next consultation & asked about the other surgeons treatment plan compared to his & he said “you are young, healthy, thin so you should absolutely NOT have Latera AND spreader grafts!!” Is there truth to this or was he swaying me to choose him? Please help!!!
