i have noticed asymmetry in my nose from the front as well as the side. I also have a slight bump on my nose which is more noticeable on one side then the other. I also constantly feel like one side of my nose is more blocked then the other, do i have a deviated septum?

An internal examination would be necessary to confirm a "deviated nasal septum". There are many things that can cause one-sided nasal blockage, like a polyp, papilloma, or an enlarged turbinate. Many people have deviated septum. It is very common. Although there is a possibility for other causes such as nasal polyps can be the reason, most of the time if you have asymmetry along with breathing problems it will be due to deviated septum. Do you have a deviated septum? If you consistently have difficulty breathing through one side of the nose, and have visible asymmetry, the chances are good that you do have a deviated septum. This can only be confirmed however on examination in person.
