I have a very weird congenitally crooked nose. I’ve felt different. I want to get it fixed, as well as a decent breathing problem I have, but having a bulbous tip and a sizeable bump, I am wondering if my nose can be made smaller at the tip, bump lessened, and still improve breathing with the septoplasty. IIs this possible? There is a congenitally collapsed side of my nose where i could see a spreader graft being used, but mostly I think a reduction in size would suit my face best. Thank you!

Your septum deviation can be solved with out changing the overall shape of your nose. Septoplasty will fix your breathing issues and with tipplasty nose tip can be redefined and your general shape of your nose will be preserved. Of course because of tipplasty there will be minor change of facial...
If your breathing is fine and if you want to fill the indentation above your tip, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving permanent improvement. Surgery may only be required if your breathing is obstructed. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
