Could I use fillers to soften my long face? (photos)

Question

Please advise my face changed from oval to long. It looks very narrow. I’m not trying to look younger as lm almost 36 and people always think I’m 10 years younger. I had fillers in my cheeks and under eyes a few times. The first 2 experiences were great but not good ever since. The last time was 4 weeks ago and 4 days ago for the under eyes. The upper cheek looks puffy and with discoloration and I’m not sure if it’s a bruise or misplaced filler. Also I feel my face still looks very long.

Volume and contouring of the face can be created with strategically placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. However, if you're no longer pleased with the results from fillers, you might consider a more permanent solution, such as fat grafting or surgical implants. Fat transfer results are permanent, but not all fat will survive. Harvesting is the key to fat transfer. I use water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable, sustainable fat cells. This can be combined with Sculptra, depending on the treated area, to improve outcomes.I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Fillers are not going to change your overall bony structure but that can help accentuate shadows and contours to change the overall appearance in subtle ways. Hi, thank you for the inquiry. I would recommend HA dermal fillers for mid face uplift that can give better facial symmetry. For chin reduction, surgery can be a good option but its invasive and not cost friendly. I would recommend you to have in person consultation with a reputable injector.

In my opinion, it appears that you may have some irregular bumps as a result of the under eye fillers. It's difficult to say from the photo, but that could easily be reversed. 
For your long shaped face, there are a couple of thoughts. You could continue to do more mid-face to cheekbone fillers - best would be Voluma or Radiesse or Sculptra, and these results are temporary. The other option would be to consider chin reduction +/- fat transfer surgeries which are more permanent.
