Platelet rich plasma or PRP applied topically during/ after a facial treatment should not affect previously injected dermal filler. If the filler in your cheeks is a hyaluronic acid product such as Juvederm or Restylane, you can certainly have PRP treatment. It will improve the overall texture of your skin. If you have had other types of fillers, let your physician know so it can be determined if PRP would be appropriate.
