You should wait a few weeks after a full facelift for any kind of procedure. One because you are healing and have sutures, and two because there is a great deal of swelling. You can always ask your plastic surgeon his/her preference on when you can have other procedures done. My experience with LED light treatments is that ones done by physicians have some benefit; ones done at day spas or homecare are about as effective as standing in front of a neon sign....
