A scar revision and localized liposuction would be a way to deal with this problem. This surgery can be done in local or twilight anesthesia. In person consolation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be my recommendation. Good luck.

From the photo there appears to be contour irregularities. However an in person evaluation is needed to determine if the area could be improved with liposuction. It could be from failed muscle repair, scar adhesions or something else. Visit with your surgeon to learn more.
