Seroma after tummy tuck - would a scar revision be helpful? (Photos)

A month after a tummy tuck by a plastic surgeon in another state, I developed a seroma and staf infection. I was too unwell to travel back to my original surgeon so I was operated on by a general surgeon at my local hospital. My new scar has pulled higher and is stuck down and creating a big legde above. My plastic surgeon said that he can perform a scar revision on the section that was opened up, to pull the skin back down. Do you think by my pics that i could get an ok result? Right now it's very ugly and upsetting that i waited 18 years for this tummy tuck and it went so badly.
