Hello all. So I did my 2nd rd bbl in plantation fl. The dr doesn't responds to my contacts so I need solutions for 1.Uneven bbl 2.One side is higher and one hip is higher 3.he did inner thigh lipo and it seems he was only aggressive on 1 leg so now I have uneven legs and a dent in my inner thighs. Is there another procedure I can do apart from another bbl to even the bbl and fill the butt & even my legs. Also remove the scars. Give all opinions! Thanks
Answer: Uneven BBL, dent at top of one cheek, uneven leg lipo. What are my options? The biggest problem you have here is that you keep choosing the wrong surgeon. If you are on your second BBL and your surgeon will not respond to your questions, that should be a red flag. Stop choosing surgeons based on who is the cheapest and choose your surgeon by who is the best. Make sure you see a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Good luck! Dallas Buchanan, MD VIVIFY plastic surgery Tampa, FL

Answer: BBL results Dear 881418, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Uneven buttock contour and shape you can consider a BBL revision that must address all contour irregularities created from redundant skin and uneven filling with fat. Using a combination of fat grafting, liposuction, and skin tightening with Renuvion J plasma, you will be able to correct your concerns. Please consider a virtual consulation with a high definition BBL specialist.

Answer: BBL results In order to make an assessment on the outcome of a surgical procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you have concerns about your results I suggest you schedule a follow up appointment with your provider. The human body is asymmetrical in almost every aspect. It’s true for the face, torso and extremities. The pelvis is usually wider on one side than the other. Patients often do not recognize this or critically view their body before surgical procedures and then expect their body to be symmetrical after having body contouring procedures. Most of the time when people are concerned with asymmetry after plastic surgery procedures the asymmetry was present before the procedure but the person simply wasn’t aware of it. Some plastic surgeons use a Liposuction device called a VASER. This device requires inserting a skin protective port which creates a sizable incision. This leaves scars that are much larger than other forms of Liposuction. I have no idea what type of liposuction you had done but that is the most common reason for patients to have unusually large scars from Liposuction procedures. unless the scar healed abnormally there isn’t much you can do to get rid of it. Scar revision‘s will simply leave a new scar and unless something is done differently it will not heal any better than the first time around. Square revisions are indicated if some thing unfavorable happened during the healing process like a wound separation or an infection. In the end your surgeon is responsible for your outcome and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon. I suggest you contact her office and make an appointment for a follow up visit. Surgeons are obligated to see patients after surgery. Not doing so is considerred abandonment. If you feel like you want a proper second opinion then you should schedule a second opinion consultation with another local board-certified plastic surgeon. To be prepared for a second opinion consultation patients should bring all before and after pictures and operative reports from all previous procedures. These are available from the offices where you’ve done your procedures by simply asking. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
