Hi , I have a BBL 6 years ago, I seat to much at work and I gain some weight on the pandemic, my butt is not looking the same anymore, it has like the toilet seat mark , my weight now is 240 lb and I’m 5.9 . Im 33 years old! What’s the recommendations???
Answer: BBL revision Dear michael09, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL 6 years ago, unhappy with results now. What are my options? Thanks for posting your photos, it really helps.... There are almost no boarded Plastic Surgeons offering BBL reshaping/reduction surgery. I do at least 4-6 per month. In my opinion you need BBL lipo reduction/reshaping with specialized taping techniques with lipo of back. Remember max lipo allowed in Florida office surgeries is only 4 liters!. My fee is $7,300. Best to in person or virtual with me. Regards Dr Blinski

Answer: BBL outcome I think your primary problem speaks for itself. A 240 pounds you are now morbidly obese and weight loss is in order. Until you have successfully learned how to manage healthy eating habits I don’t think pursuing further cosmetic surgery is appropriate. In regards to your BBL it looks like your surgeon did liposuction on the upper part of your thigh probably in an attempt to make your bottom look bigger. I called this “the lollipop look”. Personally I don’t care for it and I think it is an inappropriate way of doing the BBL. Personally I instead focus on creating smooth continuous S curves along the torso and lower extremities to create a natural smooth female contour. Delivering consistent high-quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe. Choosing the most talented and experienced provider is absolutely paramount in getting quality results. Improving on your current outcome is more difficult than doing a primary BBL. Try to get some support for weight loss. Talk to your primary care doctor or consider other local support groups like weight watchers or overeaters anonymous. Once you have achieved successful weight loss you can begin having proper assessments and discuss revision surgery for your BBL. Like I said, different providers have very different views about these procedures should look like and your outcome is a direct reflection of how your procedure was performed and the philosophy combined with skill and experience of your provider. To find quality providers patients should have multiple in person consultations at which time you should ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures for the procedure you’re interested in. an experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you 50 or more sets of before and after pictures. highly experienced providers will have hundreds or possibly thousands of before and after pictures. Ask each provider to show you ideal outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes. Seeing a handful of examples representing the best results of their career is insufficient to get an understanding of what average results looks like by that provider. I also recommend reading all reviews on various physician review websites and avoiding providers with any substantial number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than an abundance of positive reviews. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Unhappy with BBL You are unhappy with your BBL because you have a shelf deformity laterally at the junction of your upper buttock and waistline as well as skin redundancy and deformity of your lower buttock. Both of these concerns can be corrected with a lateral thigh and buttock tuck which will smoothen out your upper transition creating an hour glass shape as well as eliminate lower buttock prominence. Please consider a virtual consultation with a high definition BBL specialist. You will also have the opportunity to choose your favorite buttock shape and size using the BBL assessment tool.
