I absolutely love going to Artful Aesthetics. I honestly haven't found anything like it in the Bay Area. I just moved here 8 months ago and searched and searched for a Dermatologist/Spa that is affordable, knowledgeable, and performs first class procedures. Not only do I always look and feel beautiful afterwards, the ladies who work there are amazing. They treat me like a friend and make me feel special. I get Botox and lip injections and I look beautifully natural and never overdone. It's been two years and I finally fully recovered from the accident from cool sculpting that an aesthetician operated. During the first treatment, the machines warned about something and the lady there just said "Oh probably it is the wrong location, let me rerun this." Then after three reruns I paused the procedure and went home. I got cold burns on the abs with blisters soon after! The operator still tried to convince me to do another treatment until I said i would go to my lawyer if they didn't refund me in full. They later agreed and prescribed me pain medication and topical solutions. Not sure if the operator is still there or if the provider still has the coolsculpting qualification, but I took two years to fully recover from the discolor of the burn on my stomach.

Terrible experience. Made to feel that we didn’t matter (my sister and I) Expected to tip on top of high pricing. FYI, if you go to a plastic surgeon or doctor, tipping is not something they even accept. After being made to feel so unimportant but having spent hundreds of dollars on Botox, I gave a very honest yelp review. They claimed we never went there (sort of how they made us feel in the first place) but then realized their error -we had been there several times in fact and they then removed their comments. Seriously I would NOT recommend at all...not..at...all.
