How to make my face less masculine and still keep my features? (Photo)

I've come to terms with the fact that I will never look like the typical beauty standard (slim facial features, slightly wide-set eyes and a child-like face). That's fine. But could any cosmetic surgeons advise on how I can make the lower half of my face appear more feminine? I'm not sure if it's the nose, or the lips... or both! What surgery(ies) would you folks recommend?

Hello, I think that your lips are very feminine and you do not need much there at all; on the other hand the nose can be addressed to look more feminine with rotation and making the tip and the nasal dorsum more refined. Your jawline is nice and smooth, you have great volume to your cheeks. I think that you will require just minimal intervention but which requires careful planning. In person consultation would be best.

There are several options for the lower face to make it appear more feminine.  Generally speaking, a rhinoplasty can be performed to make the nose more feminine and the upper lip can be shortened.  A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon who specializes in facial feminization surgery can help you to understand what your options are.  Best wishes.
