I've come to terms with the fact that I will never look like the typical beauty standard (slim facial features, slightly wide-set eyes and a child-like face). That's fine. But could any cosmetic surgeons advise on how I can make the lower half of my face appear more feminine? I'm not sure if it's the nose, or the lips... or both! What surgery(ies) would you folks recommend?

Natural rhinoplasty for bulbous tip, hump etc.will give you a more attractive and feminine appearance. You may benefit from a chin implant as well but i need to see a profile. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon whose noses you like.
Indeed I agree with your assessment. Thank you for sharing your pictures. A chin reduction can be done through a small incision in the mouth. We could narrow the point of the chin and reduce the clefted appearance, which will help to achieve the V shape of the lower face...
