What can I do to make my face more attractive?

The pictures I provide are me with no makeup. I have a very weak lower half of my face. And my face is also very thin with little bone structure. What are my options to make me more appealing/attractive? Any suggestions?

I would agree that a chin reduction and rhinoplasty with feminization will help you achieve your goals. An in-person consultation is obviously the best way to go before you plan on a procedure.

From your description, I believe that you are suffering from clinical depression. I strongly recommend that you seek medical help especially since you have mentioned having suicidal thoughts. This is nothing to be ashamed of and can be treated. Please reach out either through your own physician...

Feminization of a sloping forehead

Facial feminization of the forehead is something I have done for 35 years and I need to see photos for evaluation. The excess bone can be shaved and the hairline lowered or raised. Face forward and profile photos are preferred.

I have done facial fem. surgery for more than 35 years. You do NOT need jaw contouring, only the chin implant. Your lower cheeks give u the fullness and nothing to do for that and you will age better because of this.
