Can I combine PRP Microneedling with LED Red Light therapy at home?

My chief concern is under eye wrinkles. I also have light light wrinkles on the sides of mouth (not nasolabial folds), and on my forehead. Is there any contraindications or concerns about using them conjunctively? Also, are there any cosmetic/medical products that shouldn't be used while using these? I have heard of avoiding tretinoin/retino-a.
