Would microneedling help with Hidradenitis Suppurativa scars?

I have hidradenitis which has been in remission, but the scarring remain. It's dark and purple. Could microneedling help?

Hello & thank you for your question.  As long as your medical provider gives you the green light treating the scars with microneedling can absolutely help!  But before starting microneedling treatments of any kind you may want to try a topical such a retinol, hydroquinone or a body was with alpha & beta hydroxy acids.  Using the above topicals alongside microneedling treatments could ultimately give you the very best results possible by working synergistically to target & treat the pigmentation.
