What can be done if Botox migraine treatment affects pain to neck and shoulder?

Return to your provider to discuss the location and quality of your pain. How long has it been since your injections? If recent, the injection pain is temporary and should resolve on its own. Sometimes Botox can relax specific muscles and transfer more stress to different  muscles. This too, should be temporary.

there is a reversal agent you can have injected, but primarily you should not have to much discomfort if you were careful the day of the botox injections. It does work great for migraines so i hope this has not put you off could just be the technique that your certain doctor is using. We do it all the time in my office with great success and minimal pain
