There is no right or wrong answer insofar as dissolving your gingiva HA. My concern is that HA is a sugar that may become infected if manipulated, or injected with hyaluronidase, since everyone's mouth is full of bacteria. If this little bump isn't bothering you, it should theoretically all dissolve over the ensuing months, and you should note decreasing size. If it's not getting smaller, and if you find it annoying, please make sure the area is properly prepped to reduce bacteria before getting it dissolved. This filler can be dissolved using hyaluronidase. However if it is not bothersome, you may err on the side of caution by listening to your dentist and letting it metabolize on its own. If it becomes bothersome you can elect to return to your injector for it to be dissolved.

Thanks for your question. Yes this filler can be safely dissolved. However, if it isn't necessary to dissolve, I would opt against it. Dissolving can be beneficial if it is bothering you (ie. are you biting your lip) or it is visible (without lifting your lip) as well as aesthetically distracting to your appearance.
