I had HA filler 4x in 2018-2020. I tried dissolving with hylauronidase 2 weeks ago (2 vials) but it has not resolved my lower lips wavy appearance. I do not believe it is scar tissue as my lips are soft to the touch and I feel no bumps where the unevenness is. For context, my lips hold onto filler for years and had not changed at all since my last injection 3 yrs ago before the hylauronidase. Is it possible the dissolver isn't being injected in the right spot to dissolve the uneven areas?
