Do I have tubular breasts & will areola reduction fix the look? (Photo)

Do I have tubular breasts or just big puffy areolas? My breasts look “normal” when my areolas are hard, and I like when they look like that. Would it be possible to get an areola reduction to fix the look?

I would give yourself a few more months to completely heal from your surgery before considering further intervention. If you still have concerns at that time you can have the issue addressed. It may be possible to have the areola reduction under local anesthesia.
