Tubular breast deformity and puffy areolas. Is there a non surgical way to treat this? (Photo)

I'm 19 and i recently underwent a breast fat transfer to correct my TBD. My surgeon did a great job in terms of giving me more fat to my lower pole and making my breast shape more round. However, my aerolas are still quite puffy, I do not know if this is a normal variation or if this is due to herniation from my TBD. I dislike the appearance, is there a non-surgical way to address this? Or what are my surgical options, want to avoid more scars.
