My areolas appear to be very asymmetrical. Do I need to consider a secondary procedure? (Photo)

I’m 22 &had some constricted breast tissue. I had some removed and that was almost 2 months ago. It was a bilateral crescent lift and tissue was removed to help. I did also ask for an areola reduction but the sizes were not well discussed. Looking at them now, they appear to be very asymmetrical when they weren’t before. & still quite large. In some areas, it also seems like the areola might be spreading. The dr discussed excising the tissue in office. Should I get a second opinion?
