Im scheduled for a septoplasty tomorrow and I realized that 4 days ago I took an excedrin migraine. I hadn’t taken one in months and now I’m worried I won’t be able to do the surgery. Any suggestions ?

You probably still have the nasal cycle but might not notice it as much if the turbinate was reduced. I wouldn’t do anything unless you want your other turbinate reduced a bit
