I mistakenly took excedrin migraine 4 days before septoplasty & worried I won't be able to have surgery?

Im scheduled for a septoplasty tomorrow and I realized that 4 days ago I took an excedrin migraine. I hadn’t taken one in months and now I’m worried I won’t be able to do the surgery. Any suggestions ?

My left inferior turbinate hasn’t changed size once since surgery. I know longer have a nasal cycle on the left side. Why?

You probably still have the nasal cycle but might not notice it as much if the turbinate was reduced. I wouldn’t do anything unless you want your other turbinate reduced a bit

It is normal to have a pneumatized sphenoid sinus. That means the sinus is filled with air, not mucus or pus. The pituitary gland lives just above the sphenoid sinus and I believe that is what you have circled. I am not a neurologist and I am not a radiologist, however, I would defer...
