Septorhinoplasty severe pain - what could this be caused by? Almost 1 year post-op (Photo)

Hello I had a Septorhinoplasty about a year ago. My Doctor transferred. This side lump formed post surgery and I have severe swelling with stabbing pain up to my right eye. I was sent to neurologist under the impression that maybe it was migraine or cluster headache. But the mri revealed some weird photos of nose. Now I also have a pneumatized inner sphenoid sinus. I have sharp pains and pressure across the face, what could this be from?

It is normal to have a pneumatized sphenoid sinus. That means the sinus is filled with air, not mucus or pus. The pituitary gland lives just above the sphenoid sinus and I believe that is what you have circled. I am not a neurologist and I am not a radiologist, however, I would defer interpretation of your MRI to your neurologist and radiologist. What does the neurologist say is the cause of your headache?
