Septorhinoplasty severe pain - what could this be caused by? Almost 1 year post-op (Photo)

Hello I had a Septorhinoplasty about a year ago. My Doctor transferred. This side lump formed post surgery and I have severe swelling with stabbing pain up to my right eye. I was sent to neurologist under the impression that maybe it was migraine or cluster headache. But the mri revealed some weird photos of nose. Now I also have a pneumatized inner sphenoid sinus. I have sharp pains and pressure across the face, what could this be from?

A septal perforation should not cause breathing problems. An intranasal exam would be needed to determine the cause of your breathing problems

The septal cartilage can be scored and straightened with a spreader graft for support. If too long it can be trimmed but usually suturing the medial crura to the septum can be enough to shorten ptotic tip.
