I’ve read that sensitivity to touch and pain in the tip can last for many months up to a year and some surgeons say septoplasty is minimal we next to no pain with a 3 week recovery. Which is it really? For a complete recovery

Hi! This is Arzu from Dr Caner Kacmaz Clinic. The best and cheapest solution is nose fillers. You can get a good result but not permanent. You will need to renew it by the time pases. Kind regards
