CO2 and maybe edema? (Photo)

I am 4 months out from fractional co2 laser, full face. I’m left with something that looks like a fluid line. Will this go away eventually? It’s not old filler my doc already treated this area twice with Hyaluronidase. It can be appear worse looking in lower lighting
