6 months post op - could my jowls and chubby cheeks be a result of my cheekbone reduction? (photo)

I have had the procedure 6 months ago and recently I just noticed these jowls/chubby cheeks that have been attacking my face for the past 2 days. I have been trying to keep my diet low sodium.
