I have had the procedure 6 months ago and recently I just noticed these jowls/chubby cheeks that have been attacking my face for the past 2 days. I have been trying to keep my diet low sodium.

Often lateral projection reduction is a mistake, but when indicated, anterior projection can be valuable. I do both frequently (When indicated) and find that osteotomy is usually not necessary as the bone can be reduced.
