I have had the procedure 6 months ago and recently I just noticed these jowls/chubby cheeks that have been attacking my face for the past 2 days. I have been trying to keep my diet low sodium.

yes it could potentially be a result of the cheekbone reduction. Some soft tissue procedures might be needed to address it---i would wait a full year first.
