Any way to avoid a full tummy tuck? (Photo)

Thanks for posting your abdominal pictures. From observing your pictures you appears to have abdominal skin and muscles laxity from the chest bone to the pubic bone and your posture is off. Your best option is full tummy tuck that will give you flat stomach, nice belly button, narrower waists and improved body posture. Most likely you will also lose significant amount of weight due to the abdominal muscles tightening that with reduce the amount of food that you can eat and your sense of hunger.
A mini tummy tuck , in your case will be a very disappointing compromise as far as aesthetic outcome and you run the risk that when ever you eat, the food will create a bulge at your upper abdomen due to the muscles laxity in that area. If you are concerned about the scar, in your case the scar will not be much longer and it is a good trade off for an excellent aesthetic result with all the additional benefits mentioned above.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
