Hello Santana8801! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Shah Facial Plastics. Based on the photo, the wrinkles that you are pointing to appear to be dynamic forehead wrinkles, and the best way to treat that area would be with a neurotoxin injectable such as Botox or Dysport. I hope this helps and best of luck!
At least from the photo, it would appear that you might profit from both the use of Botox to take care of the static (at rest) wrinkles that have appeared and have creased the skin as a result of the dynamic (muscles of forehead) motion over the previous years. For the static component, a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler would help to elevate and smooth them. For the underlying motion-related (dynamic) component, Botox would be indicated. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) and soft tissue fillers like Belotero can improve the appearance of the forehead by reducing lines, wrinkles and folds. Deeper lines and wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox, fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer
Based on your photo and where you are pointing, these wrinkles are not in your temporal fossa. These appear to be dynamic forehead wrinkles, and we have been using BOTOX for this for over 24 years. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
The wrinkles you’re seeing on your forehead and not caused by lack of volume, but by the action of the frontalis muscles. You can receive a treatment using Botox or similar with very nice results. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
Hi @Generous799570. Retinol is a great place to begin. In addition, you can add a soft dermal filler like Restylane Refyne directly into the nasolabial folds. Best of luck, Dr. Nima
Congratulations on your weight loss! Fillers are great for restoring lost volume. Another option is to add Morpheus8. These treatments combine RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Three sessions are recommended for optimal results. See an expert...
Hi there! Typically 2 weeks out you are okay to continue to massage the area if needed without fear of moving the filler around. If a patient has a filler lump or bump, we do recommend prolonged massage to make sure the filler integrates smoothly with your own tissue!
