But if you're really concerned, see your surgeon or another local plastic surgeon for a more thorough evaluation. In my humble opinion, if your breast remains soft and the appearances unchanged and all symptoms resolve, I wouldn't even bother looking since the gel, as far as we know, is not responsible for any causation of systemic diseases.

Thanks so much for your question. The short answer is yes. However, it usually is not the case. It really depends on the mechanism of the fall and also the age of the implants. In other words, there are falls and then there are falls. Additionally, an old implant is not able to withstand as much force without rupturing as a new implant.
