I fell pretty forcefully on top on of my fisted hand over my right breast which has a silicone implant. I have had some pretty bad pain and discomfort since, could this type of trauma cause the implant to rupture??

I have a feeling your tissues will not allow your breasts to round out too much, it looks like you have strong good quality tissue, which is a good thing. It looks like an impressive result
Yes, another individual may take out the loan or financing for your surgery. It is important to make sure that you are doing the surgery for yourself and not for whomever is paying for it, however.
