But in general, due to your skin type, I would avoid the anchor/vertical incision and try to keep scars where you are able to cover them with your clothing.  And consider giving up your belly button to prevent it from going DEEP and the scars that come from bringing it through the skin and have a reconstruction if you really need a dimple there.  Best to see a local plastic surgeon and discuss with him/her.

Extended full Tummy tuck incision would be my choice. But only in person opinions are recommended...

First off, you don't need a vertical incision, a standard tummy tuck will suffice, although it will be a long scar, but it will be easily conciliable within your clothes. The tummy tuck will give you a flat tummy, it appears you have an umbilical hernia, that too will be repaired with the muscle repair done during the tummy tuck. Liposuction will give you a smooth curvy waistline, it will help you get rid of the fat in your lower back as well. You are bound for a great result.

A well designed lower abdominal incision with  fat scuplting and muscle plication should  give you excellent results. Check with your PS . You will require the full abdominoplasty.

hello. very interesting question. the type of incision  in a  tummy tuck will depend on several factors the amount of skin to eliminate and surgeon preference. in  your case  i  will do the horizontal incision , because I consider it is easier to hide with clothing. You should talk to your surgeon and tell him  what you really want. you will look beautiful after surgery.
