Breast implant asymmetry - do I need a revision? (photo)

It’s almost finna be a year sense i had my breast surgery . I noticed my left breast soft and seem to drop and my right breast i can feel my implant and it is upper then the left . I went to do a follow with my original doc they told me where a strap band help the implant move down wards .
