Congratulations on your breast augmentation. Your early result looks excellent and you should have a very nice outcome. Bra size is very difficult to predict. Typically breast implants of your size increase you by one and 1/2-2 cup size in the same bra style and manufacture that you currently wear

Congratulations on your surgery--so far your results look great!  You are very early in your healing process so take a deep breath, relax, and let your body heal.  Although difficult because this is exciting, don't think so much about your final results yet because it takes about 2 months for everything to settle out and swelling to resolve.  Your implants are sitting high now, you are swollen, and everything is tight.  As the tissue softens and swelling decreases, the implants will drop and the shape and size will change; likely the areola size will decrease back some as well.  Based on your description, I would guess you will be a C when it's said and done but keep in mind that every bra manufacturer sizes the cup size differently so what you are in Victoria Secret may be completely different than what you are sized at in a bra from Nordstrom.
