1 week post breast augmentation. 325cc/335cc high profile under the muscle. Possible to go from A cup to full C/small D? (photo)

One week post breast augmentation. I got 325cc on the left and 335cc in the right with a high profile and under the muscle. Before I could barely wear a 32a. I'm 5ft and weigh 102. Do you think once it drops and fluffs I would be a full C maybe D? also would my nipples decrease in size? I know they are still swollen but they are so out there! Would they flatten out???

I understand your concern. However, it would be difficult to determine what size your breast will be after surgery, as there would still be swelling of the tissues surrounding the implant. Also, the implants take about 6 months to drop, fluff, and settle into its final position. You should speak with your plastic surgeon for further advice and reassurance.

325335.  Your early result looks quite good and will just improve with time as your body accommodates itself to the implants. It appears that all of your desires regarding size and nipple size should be realized once complete healing has taken place. Follow up with your plastic surgeon and try to stay patient. Good luck

The cup size will really be based on the bra you select. For that reason, I think it's much better to discuss size with patients with the use of before and after photos.

Congratulations on your surgery--so far your results look great!  You are very early in your healing process so take a deep breath, relax, and let your body heal.  Although difficult because this is exciting, don't think so much about your final results yet because it takes about 2 months for everything to settle out and swelling to resolve.  Your implants are sitting high now, you are swollen, and everything is tight.  As the tissue softens and swelling decreases, the implants will drop and the shape and size will change; likely the areola size will decrease back some as well.  Based on your description, I would guess you will be a C when it's said and done but keep in mind that every bra manufacturer sizes the cup size differently so what you are in Victoria Secret may be completely different than what you are sized at in a bra from Nordstrom. Did NOT your chosen operative surgeon explain the post op recovery time frames? You are ONLY 1 week after surgery. Sure you will have swelling fr unto 1 month. After 3 months healing than you can determine if your size increases were to your liking. Please call your surgeon to discuss the postoperative healing phases.

Congratulations on your breast augmentation.  Your early result looks excellent and you should have a very nice outcome.  Bra size is very difficult to predict.  Typically breast implants of your size increase you by one and 1/2-2 cup size in the same bra style and manufacture that you currently wear
