Why does my forehead look like cellulite? Not wrinkles!

When botox is placed properly in the right quantities by a skilled injector you should have a successful outcome.

Standard treatments freeze the forehead in the mistaken belief that it is the best way of getting rid of forehead lines.  It is not.  I have developed a unique approach to periocular botox treatment called The Microdroplet Lift.  It concentrates treatment right along the eyebrow where the eyebrow depressor muscles live.  The forehead is not directly treated.  It is the main lifting muscle of the eyebrows.  Weakening the muscles that pull the eyebrows down reduced the amount of work the forehead brow lifting muscle need to work.  So without directly treating those forehead muscle which weakens the lifting of the eyebrows, we can indirectly treatment the forehead lines with no freeze.  The treatment results in a natural brow lift and softening of the resting brow pinch.

it is really hard to tell without any photo or in-person examination. If you did have one great experience with Botox, maybe you might consider it again. You should consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

I am sorry to hear that you've had a bad result. Without a photo or better yet, seeing you in person, impossible to say what's going on. However, Botox is extremely effective at addressing fine lines and wrinkles when injected properly. I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be assessed in person and discuss the best ways to address your issues.

purified protein used to address wrinkles associated with facial expression. It is difficult to make an assessment without photographs. If Botox has worked for a person in the past it is likely that it will work for her again assuming the same dosage and placement. If these things change the results may be different. It is important to ensure that these are the same from treatment to treatment. Please consult

Botox and Xeomin, which are muscle relaxers, are amazing beauty products (they also have incredible functional medical uses too).  In the proper hands, Botox can soften aging lines and beautify the face.  It takes an expert to get maximal results -- and these products need to be repeated approximately every 3-4 months.  3 times in 10 years is simply not sufficient to result in any long term results at all.  
As to a "caveman" look there are a number of reasons for such a possibility -- including eyebrow droop, ptosis, heavy upper eyelid tissues, just to name a few. Please seek out a board-certified, fellowship-trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon with expertise in brow anatomy, ptosis and cosmetic eyelid surgery.  In person you can discuss your options and see what might be the best approach for your particular face -- cosmetic surgery and Botox is extremely individualized -- it is the furthest thing from "one size fits all."
