I had tear duct fillers done and she only did a small line close to the Center of my eye, I noticed the same treatment being done on a video shared on here but he did a lot more injections. Here under eye looked very smooth and even. I can still see the line very visably though it has only been three days since injection. I was told laser treatments but I thought this is what Botox was all about, smoothing unwanted wrinkles and lines. It almost seems to me the filler excentuated the puffy baggy under eye.
Answer: A light Co2 laser can help reduce appearance of crepey skin under the eyes for a more youthful appearance. Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Botox Results Thanks for your question. Did you receive Botox or fillers in the tear trough area? Depending on what product was injected, the expected result would differ. Botox helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles by reducing the activity of certain facial muscles. Typically Botox is injected in the forehead, glabella, or crows feet however it can be used in other areas as well. Fillers are often used in the tear duct area to help restore volume. This often reduces the appearance of under-eye bags and fine lines that are due to volume loss. If you aren't completely satisfied with the results of your recent treatment, I recommend scheduling a follow up appointment with your provider so that they can address your concerns in person.

Answer: Crinkly skin beneath the eyes There are many options available to treat and tighten skin beneath the eyes. Sometimes filler injections like Volbella or using your own fat as a filler can create a smooth convex appearance in this area. TCA chemical peels and fractional CO2 lasers work well. A skin pinch blepharoplasty is a surgical option. Botox is only useful to treat "dynamic" wrinkles... wrinkles in motion. Good luck

Answer: Wrinkles around the eyes need chemical peels etc.... Chemical peels are great for around the eyes as well as the whole face. Of coarse, botox, lasers and fillers are helpful also but chem. peels are inexpensive and do so much for the skin that everyone needs at least yearly peels to keep their skin its best.

Answer: Improving Under Eye -- Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk), Fraxel, Microneedling/PRP A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer
