Can a doctor always tell if you had botox?

Since you are still able to move your eyebrows, it sounds like you got a very natural result which will make it much harder to tell. My goal when injecting Botox is always to use just the right amount so that patients can enjoy their desired result while still looking like themselves, which involves having some remaining natural movement. I can appreciate your question. The answer is maybe they can tell but there is no way he can know for sure, especially since you have some motion. Furthermore, in my opinion, it would be inappropriate for any doctor to make an off the cuff evaluation and discuss it with your husband. His friend should know well enough that patient confidentiality is of paramount importance and should not discuss his opinions with your husband.
