Hello, had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago that left me with a shifted bone fragment protruding outward from the corner of my eye. It's palpable, uncomfortable and visible which makes me very selfcontious when people look me in the eye. Brought it to my surgeons attention but he said it would resolve on its own never did. Then on my 1 year anniversary I mentioned my concerns again and he said it was barely noticeable. I would like to know if it can be fixed by filing it down Please help thank you very much.
