Bone protrusion near the corner of my left eye after rhinoplasty. Can it be fixed? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and images. I can see a very minor contour change in the corner of your right eye on the frontal view. If this is a concern to you then I would continue to discuss it with your rhinoplasty surgeon. Overall it looks like you have had a nice result and not infrequently there can be some minor imperfections that may not be visible but palpable. This problem can occur sometime when nasal bones are fractured leaving a spicule of bone. I would explain to your surgeon that this bothers you and it can be filed down. If he does not wish to do this consult with the revision rhinoplasty specialist who is experienced.
