I personally think my deviated septum is probably the biggest factor to make my face look assymetrical, but I'm not sure. Also, I think more masculinety in my face would be a step forward, but I'm not sure how to achieve that and if it's necessary. I also want to add that I'm 20 Years Old and I'll soon be on Testosterone so there might be A chanche my face will Slightly change because of It but I Dont Expect It. What's Your Opinion?
Answer: What can I do to look more masculine and attractive? You don't appear to have a lack of masculinity in the face. As far as the nose--straightening it, decreasing the size of the tip, and decreasing the projection (prominence of the tip from the face) would likely be beneficial. Perhaps if anything for masculinity in the nose, you could consider augmenting the bridge a very small amount, but this is by no means critical.I hope that helps.

Answer: Masculine facial features I agree that the septum is a component that is bringing imbalance to your nose as it deviates the middle third to the left. If it bothers you, the nasal tip could be refined as well. One of the biggest parts that I look at regarding masculine facial features is the chin projection in relation to the nose, but that could be assessed better with lateral (side) photos. The key is to have all if these features fit the rest of your face and maintain a natural appearance.

Answer: Take a step back I'll agree that your septum appears moderately deviated. This could be improved with surgery. But what is the need for the testosterone. At 20 years old, your levels should be close to maximized. Do you have a documented deficiency? Is there real justification to warrant supplementation and who is suggesting this? I would doubt there is medical justification for this and therefore I would also hesitate recommending surgery to "masculinize" someone your age. I recommend a healthy diet and work out, give your body time to achieve your goals!

Answer: Rhinoplasty options Thank you for the question and photos. I don't think the testosterone will make much of a difference in the way your nose looks but it may make a difference in some of the other facial features. Correction of your deviated septum and possible refinement of your nasal tip would be the main parts of the rhinoplasty that would likely be of benefit to you.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta

Answer: What can I do to look more masculine and attractive? HI, masculine faces are ones that have a high degree of angularity which is perceived a ruggedly handsome. From the attached photos, the most revealing are the front and profile pictures. These show a weak chin and a nose that's a bit large, S-shaped with an over-projected (tip sticks far off of the face) and wide nasal tip. A closed Rhinoplasty and Chin Augmentation using a chin implant can create a more masculine, balanced appearance to your face. I'd also have you consider Radiesse injections to increase the flare of your jaw line. I frequently perform these procedures at the same time. Hope this helps.
