Based on your pictures, you have an overall aesthetically pleasing nose with a nice profile and good tip definition.  While it is possible to create more a more defined supra-alar crease, this may cause you to look "pinched".  In terms of your alar rims (nostril rims), they would naturally retract up a bit with any open rhinoplasty approach, or a small sliver of vestibular tissue could be excised to create an alar-columellar relationship similar to your sister's.  Alar base modification (nostril reduction) can be performed without altering the tip or bridge of your nose.  

Yes, a refinement to your very pretty nose can be done, but be very careful to select a board certified plastic surgeon who has expertise in noses.
