Alarplasty wound holes? (photo)

Question

I did alarplasty a week ago and when i started cleaning away my scabs off i notice holes. Is my wounds healing well? If it is not is there anything that can be done to make it well or better? Thank you for your professional advice.

It looks like the wounds have separated.  You should go see your plastic surgeon and let him look at the wounds so that he may guide you.  Good luck.
