Alarplasty wound holes? (photo)

I did alarplasty a week ago and when i started cleaning away my scabs off i notice holes. Is my wounds healing well? If it is not is there anything that can be done to make it well or better? Thank you for your professional advice.

Alar plasty makes nostrils less wide. That is the purpose for noses with a wide base. Let your surgeon show u this.
