Alarplasty wound holes? (photo)

I did alarplasty a week ago and when i started cleaning away my scabs off i notice holes. Is my wounds healing well? If it is not is there anything that can be done to make it well or better? Thank you for your professional advice.

An alarplasty can narrow the base of the nose and decrease nostril flare. Please submit a picture of the base of your nose so I can show you where the incisions would be made to achieve a natural result.
