Veinwave caused spider veins to look worse. What should I do?

10 months ago went to a vein clinic for a couple spider vein clusters on my leg above knee. They looked like bruises & I wanted to see if they could be treated. Told no problem, they could get them with 1/2 session for $150. Sclerotherapy & veinwave used, no improvement! The last session #4, was charged $300 after being quoted another $150. The treated areas look worse than when I started, and have scaring. What was to be one treatment has turned into four.
